Blue light lays in the middle of the light spectrum, right between visible and ultraviolet light. Our main natural source of blue light comes from sunlight. This is why our brain correlates blue light with sunlight, telling your body to get up and moving. Our technology devices are man-made sources of blue light, situation very closely to our eyes can cause an array of negative side effects.

Reducing your exposure to blue light has been proven to double night-time melatonin levels, which is the hormone responsible for regulating your bodies natural sleep/wake cycle. Through doing so, reducing exposure to blue light has also been found to improve daytime wakefulness, helping you stay energised and focused throughout your day.

Yes, we offer non prescription blue light glasses and reading magnification lenses so you can read swiftly, in style. We currently do NOT offer prescription blue light glasses - stay tuned!

We offer free worldwide shipping + tracking information on all orders. The average time for international shipping can be approximately 3-7 days. Your tracking number will be sent to your after your order has been processed.

Your parcel will be left in a secure place, however please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information.

If you have not received your package, please firstly check your shipment information. Then contact your local post. For any further enquiries, please contact us with your tracking number and order number.
